RFQ / Estimate Stage
We take every detail into consideration when we quote a project, ensuring that the specifications are met and the quantities are correct. Our estimates are broken down by area or bid form number, and we list the materials being used so that you know what we are bidding.
Approval Stage
Once the quotation is approved and a purchase order or contract is received, we are proactive in providing all the start-up documents required.
– Standard shop drawings are provided if needed,
– Contact utility companies for under ground locates
– Order the materials for the project.
Scheduling
Once our inhouse package is put together our project manager will review the file and contact the client to arrange a timeline of when the project will be required and schedule the necessary installation crews to complete the project. We will then create a detailed package for the installation team with all the drawings, specifications and line locates
Installation
A crew of professional installers will arrive equipped with all the materials and machinery to perform the project. A full assessment of the hazards will be performed and documented before proceeding, once hazards have been identified and minimized to work safely, we will begin to install your project to exceed your expectations
Project Completion
Once the project has been completed a member of our team will review the installation with the client to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction before leaving.
